OE Week is an internal event for HDB staff, designed to celebrate departmental excellence in work culture. The theme—Culture, Service, and Innovation, abbreviated as “CSI”—is inspired by the TV show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The visual identity integrates forensic and investigative motifs such as crime scene tape, evidence markers, and magnifying glass icons to create an engaging narrative. This design approach invites attendees to actively explore the core values that drive HDB’s productivity and innovation.
